Please make comments on the works giving positive feedback for the 5 to 11 year olds who will be bloging. While spelling is important to us, it is not the intent of this site to have perfect spelling and grammar all of the time. this is more for the students to get their ideas out and have discussions with the world on these.

Remember some important internet safety rules when using this site (and others):

  • never give your full name
  • never give your phone number, address or email details
  • don't mention where you will be at a particular time
  • don't put any of that information on the net about anyone else
  • think carefully if you respond to anyone else's comments because they can't hear your tone of voice to determine if you are joking or serious
  • it is ok to have a debate with someone if you don't agree with their ideas but do it in a friendly manner do not call people names or put them down

Swimming sports

Well on Thursday Jess, Logan,Steffan, Brooke and i went to hokitika to do swimming sports. i came first in all my races but in butterfly i came 1st=. it was really fun and we all einjoyed it.. After school jess, brooke and i went for a picnic around the lake, it was really fun and we went swimming in a little creek, but it was to shallow so we hoped out. when we got back we went to the park, that was really fun to. now i am really tired and my legs are really sore so i am going to bed pretty early (not).

SHCOOOOOOOOOOOL

last week was pretty full on we went to a story telling and the musem and the librery in 1 day. we also had duffy people come and preform. we have some new peple from chch so now we have a few more people.

This week

This week so far I went to school, went to the beach for a motorbike ride, went to play at the school,went swimming and played soccer at the school. That's been my week so far. The end. Bye. Wait three new kids from cristchurch have came down for a while there at our school for a while.there names are Thomas,Broke and Cole.

im new

Hi im brooke im new to ross school .So far its really fun iv made lots of new friends. libby and jess have been really nice to meand there really cool!!!. im from chch there just was a big earthquake so i came down to ross to see my uncle and auntie. a couple of days later my mom and dad made me go to ross school with steffan and my brother thomas. I LOVE THE SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
all my friends from chch have left and r goin to school some where else so i won't be the only one out of my friends going to a strange school. i love the computer room and the libary the class room is cool and as i say again having fun and the kids are awesome!!!!

new kids!!!!!!

hey guys
we have 3 new kids and Emma came back!!!!
Libby and I made friends with Brooke and she's pretty cool!
and the other 2 are called Cole and Thomas.
It is also my sisters birthday and I got her a voucher to get a Jade and Paua necklace

I'm in england

hi everyone. We made it. I'm in the Isle of white a small island off Southampton I'm staying with my cousins. We are living in Ashton,Manchester. I'm am having fun but I still miss you guys. When I get back to Ashton I'll put some pictures on.I think British troops are coming over to Christchurch
